Es rapera y cantante, quiz\u00e1s m\u00e1s conocida por sus sencillos \u201cRun Away\u201d, \u201cSnow Cone\u201d y \u201cMake It Mine\u201d. Su nombre art\u00edstico, <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.famousbirthdays.com\/people\/rei-ami.html\" target=\"_blank\">REI AMI<\/a>, significa Ragging, Emotional, Impulsive, Asian, Meow, e Idk (\u2018No lo s\u00e9\u2019).<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vida_temprana_y_educacion\"><\/span>Vida temprana y educaci\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>REI creci\u00f3 en Se\u00fal con sus padres, de quienes no se sabe nada, ya que prefieren mantenerse al margen de los medios; REI solo ha compartido que fueron muy estrictos con ella cuando era peque\u00f1a. Como no ha mencionado tener hermanos, la mayor\u00eda de la gente cree que es hija \u00fanica.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando ten\u00eda seis a\u00f1os, la familia se mud\u00f3 a Estados Unidos, estableci\u00e9ndose en Los \u00c1ngeles, California.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CWzD2xNvgFP\/<\/p>\n<p>Se interes\u00f3 tanto por el canto como por la actuaci\u00f3n mientras asist\u00eda a una escuela secundaria local, y fue miembro de una banda escolar, as\u00ed como del club de teatro de la escuela. REI apareci\u00f3 en un par de obras representadas all\u00ed, cantando en la mayor\u00eda de ellas. Luego se interes\u00f3 por tocar instrumentos, y aprendi\u00f3 a tocar la guitarra y el piano. Desde entonces, ha sido visto m\u00e1s de 7.5 millones de veces y la ha establecido como una rapera popular.
