Desalniettemin kwam zijn grote doorbraak in 1992 toen hij werd geselecteerd voor de rol van Bobby Sixkiller in de TV actie misdaad avontuur serie \u201cRenegade\u201d, met in de hoofdrollen Lorenzo Lamas en Don LaFontaine, en verscheen in alle 110 afleveringen van de serie, wat hem wereldwijd populair maakte.
