Na de scheiding van haar ouders woonde Ruby in Brazili\u00eb bij haar Duitse moeder en Franse stiefvader, voordat ze in 2008 naar Duitsland verhuisde en bijna onmiddellijk een acteercarri\u00e8re nastreefde. De film deed het goed in het thuisland en werd genomineerd voor een Gouden Beer op het Berlijns Internationaal Filmfestival. De film, geschreven en geregisseerd door Claus Rafle, won de prijs voor Beste Speelfilm op het Joods Filmfestival van Philadelphia in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Rubys laatste opmerkelijke rol was in de film \u201cPolar\u201d uit 2019, een actiedrama dat via Netflix werd uitgebracht, over een gepensioneerde huurmoordenaar die ontdekt dat zijn werkgever een prijs op zijn hoofd heeft gezet. De film was gebaseerd op het gelijknamige graphic novel van V\u00edctor Santos en bevatte grote namen uit de entertainmentindustrie zoals Vanessa Hudgens en Matt Lucas. Ruby speelde de rol van Sindy, was een van de hoofdpersonages en deze prestatie wordt tot op de dag van vandaag als een van haar beste beschouwd.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Ruby O.
