It didn’t take long for “Car Masters: Rust To Riches” to become one of the most loved car shows around, and the interest just kept growing season after season.

So what’s going on with Gotham Garage these days? Is the business still active? What about the future of the show? Keep with us to find out!

What Happened to Gotham Garage?

Led by Mark Towle and comprising his expert staff of mechanics, builders and dealers, Gotham Garage is the place where the automotive magic happens. As featured in “Car Masters: Rust to Riches”, Gotham Garage has been in business for almost 18 years, building props for movies, and more recently, cars that leave generate amazing profits.

That said, the business recently closed a chapter in its history by moving out of the building where they’ve been located for almost two decades. The announcement was made by Mark Towle on Instagram in December 2024, when he revealed that the business was moving to a bigger location, still very close to the old one. He also cleared up any misconception about the move, affirming that Gotham Garage wasn’t going out of business, as people probably feared, seeing the empty lot that was once its home.

Sadly, it’s unclear where exactly is the new Gotham Garage is located, but this new chapter will surely bring Mark and his team many great things.

To keep up to date with Gotham Garage’s latest news, the crew is active on Instagram and their website. The latter is also where they list original merchandise and post the latest news, surely pleasing their most loyal fans with all the great content they deliver.

What About The Show?

“Car Masters: Rust To Riches” has premiered six seasons so far. The first was launched in September 2018, and gave their audience the first taste of what was to come in the next seasons. That was demonstrated in 2020 when the second season aired, and set up the show’s path to premiere one season per year from then on.

To date, the latest season released is the sixth, which included eight episodes and the same cast that their audience has grown so fond of. It was released in October 2023 by Netflix at a global level, according to the official statement posted by Mark Towle.

While it’s unclear if a seventh season is in the making right now, it wouldn’t be far-fetched to expect many more seasons of “Car Masters: Rust to Riches” soon.

Who Is Still In The Show?

Besides Mark Towle, the cast of “Car Masters: Rust To Riches” has remained quite stable since the first season. Here’s what the current cast is doing these days:

Constance Nunes

She’s arguably the most famous cast member of the show, and her more than one million Instagram followers confirm it. While at first sight Constance Nunes might look like the gorgeous face of the show only, her work as a mechanic is very important for the show’s team.

Besides her facet as a TV star and wrencher at Gotham Garage, Constance also owns Cars by Constance. The business is based on Constance’s love for Ford Mustangs and her almost two-decades-long experience with these. She also owns the Babystang, a beautiful 1964.5 Mustang she has had since she was a teen, and has centered her personal brand around it. In late 2024, she accomplished an important milestone in her career as a builder by working with the auction giant Barrett Jackson.

That said, Constance is also a model. Not only does she post gorgeous curated pics on her Instagram, but she’s also been working for several years with fashion brands, and even appeared in a Walmart ad. Nor is it unusual to find Constance working for automotive brands at important industry events such as SEMA.

To keep up with the latest news about Constance, she can be found on Instagram and her business website.

Tony Quinones

As the other car wrencher and builder in the show, Tony Quinones is extremely important for Gotham Garage. He also owns his own body shop called TQ Customs in Temecula, California, which has gained lots of attention since his debut in “Car Masters: Rust to Riches”.

These days, Tony is followed by over 110,000 people on Instagram, but his account will surely keep growing as his work at Gotham Garage shines for itself.

Shawn Pilot & Caveman

Last but not least, we have Shawn Pilot and the always-funny Mike Pyle. The former is an experienced Corvette dealer, who also owns the California-based business VetteRod.

Shawn’s love for Corvette also inspired him to start a YouTube channel, in which he shares insights about car dealing and customizations.

On his part, Mike Pyle – a.k.a – ‘Caveman’ is the man to go to if you’re looking for a good laugh. His entertaining personality and sense of humor add much-needed relief to “Car Masters: Rust to Riches”, especially considering how the projects at the shop sometimes take a tense turn.

Both Caveman and Shawn, as well as the aforementioned cast members, are still on-going strongly as stars of the show, and while it’s evident that they have other projects outside of Gotham Garage, there’s no denying that the work they do at Mark Towle’s shop is as compelling and unique as it gets.

So what does the future have in store for Gotham Garage and its unforgettable cast? Only time will tell, but many fans will gladly keep watching them on TV for however many more seasons come.
