Early life, family, and education

Born under the zodiac sign of Sagittarius on 23 November 1979, Jonathan Sadowski hails from Chicago, Illinois USA, holds American nationality, and comes from a family of Polish and Italian descent. He’s the only child of his father Robert and mother Marirose.

Most of his childhood Jonathan spent in his hometown, where he attended a local high school. Upon matriculating in 1997, he enrolled at the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, from which he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (Theatre), in 2001.

Jonathan followed with guest roles in “The Wedding Bells” (2007) and “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” (2008), before he was cast to play Henry Godson in the series “$#*! My Dad Says”. The series aired from 2010 through 2011, and Jonathan starred opposite William Shatner and Nicole Sullivan in this comedy about a middle-aged son who moves in with his old-fashioned father. In 2014, Jonathan was cast to play his most notable role to date, as Josh Kaminski in the romantic comedy-drama “Young & Hungry”, also starring Emily Osment and Aimee Carrero. The series followed the story of a wealthy young tech entrepreneur, who employs a fiery young food blogger as his chef. It aired until 2018, and had 10 award nominations, while the audience rated it 7.3/10.

Jonathan followed with his role as Andrew in the series “Lethal Weapon”, and was seen in five episodes during 2018 and 2019. He guest starred in “Patty’s Auto” (2019), “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” and “Quarantine” in 2020 before he landed the role of Devon in the series “Sex/Life” (2021-2023). Jonathan was next cast to play Paul in the 2012 horror mystery “Chernobyl Diaries”, which was his first lead role. He starred opposite Jesse McCartney and Olivia Taylor Dudley, in the film telling the story of six tourists who visited the abandoned city of Pripyat, where workers from the Chernobyl nuclear reactor used to live, and soon realized they were not alone.

Two years later, Jonathan landed the role of Harry in the movie “All Relative”, followed by being cast as John in the 2020 short movie “Alexa”.
