He launched his acting career in 2015 with his portrayal of Davis Bennett in the episode “Behind the Beat” of the mystery crime series “Unforgettable”, created by John Bellucci and Ed Redlich, and which starred Poppy Montgomery, Dylan Walsh and James Hiroyuki Liao. It follows the police detective Carrie Wells, who has the ability to remember every detail of what she sees. In 2016, Aria was cast to play Omar in the episode “Forty-One Witnesses” of the mystery crime drama “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”, which is very popular in the US, having won numerous awards including a Golden Globe for Mariska Hargitay for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Drama.

The year 2018 saw him portray Vet Tech in the episode “Bad Actors” of the mystery crime drama “Instinct”, which follows a retired CIA operative who goes back to work after her help is needed to catch a serial killer – it starred Alan Cumming and Bojana Novakovic.

Aria appeared in his first and so far only movie in 2018, when he portrayed Elias Santoro in the drama “No Alternative”, written and directed by William Dickerson, and which is based on his novel.
