Following graduation, Stacey began working at Oracle in Austin, Texas as a customer success manager, however, he soon became bored with a desk job, and needing a change, found a job at World Champions Center as a coach, and he eventually became the center’s director.
He attracted attention when he competed in the reality show “American Ninja Warrior”, although he only made it to the fourth obstacle.
In early 2019, Stacey was signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) NXT, and made his debut appearance on 23 February 2019, when he fought against the Street Profits alongside Humberto Carrillo. During the match, Stacey was hit very hard but luckily for him wasn’t seriously injured. He then gave an interview to NBC Sports stating that he spent 17 years doing gymnastics without any serious injuries, while a single WWE match could’ve cost him his life or his limb.
