American actress and former professional ballet dancer Amanda Schull, was born in Honolulu, Hawaii USA, on 26 August 1978, so her zodiac sign’s Virgo. She’s appeared in more than 40 movies and TV series, perhaps known best for portraying the lead character Dr. Cassandra Railly in all the 47 episodes of the mystery adventure “12 Monkeys”, which Terry Matalas and Travis Fickett created, and which also starred Noah Bean and Aaron Stanford. It follows a time traveler who’s trying to find the source of a deadly plague which will eventually kill nearly all humans – the series aired from 2015 through 2018, and won four of its 14 award nominations.

Education and early life

Amanda was raised in Honolulu alongside two siblings, by their mother Susan Schull who’s the president of Ballet Hawaii, and father whose name and profession haven’t been disclosed.

Amanda studied at Punahou School, and began taking ballet lessons at a quite an early age, studying under Jon Landovsky at Hawaii State Ballet.
