Early life and education
Erica was raised in Los Angeles by her parents who prefer to be left out of media, and thus nothing about them is known. She hasn’t spoken of having any siblings, and is widely believed to be an only child.
Erica grew up being interested in acting, and began appearing in theatre plays while attending a local high school.
She was interested in various other activities too, including dancing and playing volleyball, but was urged by her parents to focus on her education and obtain a college degree. Upon matriculating in 1993, Erica enrolled at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York State, from which she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 1997.
Erica’s career
Erica has appeared in only a single movie – in 2002, she portrayed one of the lead characters in the drama “Miles from Nowhere” written by Ted Timmer, directed by David Pope, and which also starred Caren Browning, Jason Fisher and Laurie Lefever. The movie attracted little attention, but received mostly positive reviews.
She directed her first theatre play – “Debbie Does Dallas” – in 2002, and later that year directed the play “Spanish Girl”. Her three other play directing credits are “Slag Heap” and “As You Like It” both in 2003, and “Humor Abuse” in 2011.
She has written the upcoming musical drama movie “Cyrano”, set to be released on 6 January 2022. It’s being directed by Joe Wright, will star Haley Bennett, Ben Mendelsohn and Peter Dinklage, and is about the life of Cyrano de Bergerac.

Erica prefers to keep the details of her love life to herself, but a lot is still known as her husband is a famous actor.
She met Peter sometime in the early 2000s and although neither has disclosed how and when they met, it’s believed that they were introduced by a mutual friend at a party in 2002. They exchanged vows on 16 April 2005 in front of their closest family members and friends, while the two then decided to wait with children, and to focus on their careers. In December 2011, Erica gave birth to their daughter, while their second child followed in September 2017. Both Erica and Peter have been keeping their children away from the media’s attention.
Neither of the two have spoken of any other people whom they had perhaps dated before meeting each other, so as of April 2021, Erica’s married to Peter Dinklage, and they have two children together.

Peter Hayden Dinklage was born in Mendham Township, New Jersey USA, on 11 June 1969 – his zodiac sign is Gemini and he holds American nationality. He’s probably known best for his portrayal of the lead character Tyrion Lannister in the critically acclaimed action adventure series “Game of Thrones”, created by D. B. Weiss and David Benioff, and which also starred Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington.
It follows nine noble families who are fighting to control the Westeros lands, but who will reunite after an ancient enemy brings the fight to them. The series ranks amongst the best 15 of all time, aired from 2011 to 2019, and won 378 awards including a Golden Globe, while it was nominated for 618 other awards; for his performance, Peter won a Golden Globe, a Screen Actors Guild Award and four Primetime Emmy Awards.
He was raised in Morristown alongside his older brother Jonathan by their father John Carl Dinklage who was an insurance salesman, and their mother Diane who taught music at an elementary school. Peter’s the only member of the family with the rare genetic disorder called Achondroplasia, the cause of his dwarfism.
