Other popular courses by Erna include Golden Booty in its home and gym versions, and diet courses such as 21-Day Fat-Burning Meals, amongst others. All of Erna’s programs are aimed at women of all ages, promoting them by using her personal success story of gaining weight and muscle. Later in 2021, Erna revealed in an episode of “The Fitness Diary 2022” that some of her previous relationships had ended due to her poor behavior, admitting she hid messages and lied to her former partners. The situation which led her to openly admit her faults was the end of her then-most recent relationship, during which she experienced what she described as ‘karma’, due to the poor behaviors of her partner who had allegedly lied to her.
