Who is Kathrine Narducci?
Kathrine Narducci was born in New York City, USA, on 22 November 1965 – her zodiac sign is Sagittarius and she holds American nationality. She is an actress who is perhaps still known best for her portrayal of Charmaine Bucco in the crime drama series “The Sopranos”, created by David Chase, and which starred James Gandolfini, Edie Falco and Lorraine Bracco. It follows Tony Soprano, a mafia boss living in New Jersey, as he balances his professional and private life. The series aired from 1999 to 2007, and was a huge hit, winning 120 awards including five Golden Globes, while it was nominated for 309 other awards.
Early life and education
Kathrine was raised alongside her sisters Carol and Rhonda Narducci in Italian Harlem in New York City, by their mother who was a housewife, and their father Nicky Narducci who was the owner of his own bar, and a member of the Mafia – he was murdered in front of his bar in 1975.
Kathrine attended a local high school, and during her four years there dreamed about becoming a famous model. She was interested in sports and practiced tennis, and upon matriculating in 1983, Kathrine began working to financially support herself and her family.
Roles in movies
Kathrine worked various jobs for 10 years, before she took her son who was nine at the time to an audition for a role in the 1993 crime drama movie “A Bronx Tale”.
However, she was noticed by the directors, who cast her to play a supporting role in this hit movie, directed by Robert De Niro, who also starred in it alongside Chazz Palminteri and Lillo Brancato. It follows a father concerned about his son who has just befriended a local gangster. The movie was nominated for four awards, winning one.
Kathrine’s following role was in the 1994 family fantasy “Miracle on 34th Street”, and in 1998, she appeared in the crime drama “Witness to the Mob”, which starred Nicholas Turturro, Tom Sizemore and Debi Mazar, and follows the mafia underboss ‘The Bull’ Gravano who gets sent to jail and is now thinking about betraying those close to him.
A couple of Kathrine’s following roles were in the 2000 romantic comedy “Two Family House” in which she starred alongside Michael Rispoli and Kelly Macdonald, the 2007 comedy “Made in Brooklyn” in which she also starred and the 2011 action crime drama “The Last Gamble”.

Kathrine made her debut TV series appearance in the 1997 episode “With a Vengeance” of the drama “Dellaventura”, and a couple of her following roles were in three episodes of the mystery crime drama “Law & Order”, three episodes of the action crime drama “Third Watch”, and an episode of the mystery comedy “Wild Card”.
She has mostly been focused on appearing in movies, and thus her next notable performance in a series was in 2014, when cast to play Frankie Lavarro in the crime drama “Power”, which starred Omari Hardwick, Lela Loren and Naturi Naughton, and follows James ‘Ghost’ St. Patrick who is the owner of a night club in New York, and also a drug lord. The series won 12 and was nominated for 20 other awards. Kathrine has only appeared in one other TV series since then, the 2019 crime drama “Godfather of Harlem”, which starred Forest Whitaker, Lucy Fry and Nigel Thatch, and follows the gangster Bump Johnson as he becomes a member of the mafia.

Kathrine gave birth to their daughter and son Sally Prisco and Nicholas Ligotino, but in 2002 Richard died, widely believed that he was murdered.
Kathrine hasn’t talked about any other men she has perhaps been with since Richard’s death, however, some people have claimed to have seen her holding hands with several different men in the past two decades, however, this hasn’t been confirmed. She is a huge fan of art and is a painter herself; Kathrine recently held her own exhibition at a gallery in Brooklyn.
She started travelling around the US around the same time she launched her acting career, and has already been to over 15 states, while also to a couple of European countries including England and France.
