Ava Grace Kolker was born in Los Angeles, California USA, on 5 December 2006 – her zodiac sign is Sagittarius and she holds American nationality. She’s an actress who’s probably known best for her portrayal of Ava Morgenstern in the family comedy series “Girl Meets World”, created by April Kelly and Michael Jacobs, and which starred Rowan Blanchard, Sabrina Carpenter and Ben Savage. It aired from 2014 to 2017, and followed the lives of Cory and Topanga Matthews and their two children. The series won three of the 23 awards for which it was nominated, including three Primetime Emmy nominations.

Early life, parents and education
Ava is being raised in Los Angeles alongside her three sisters, by their parents Doug and Sandrine Kolker who prefer to be left out of media but are still huge support to Ava, as well as her sister Lexy Kolker who’s also an actress known for her roles in the science fiction thriller movie “Freaks”, and the drama series “Shooter”.
Ava hasn’t become passionate about acting all on her own, but was rather noticed by a talent scout who offered her parents to take her to an audition. She was only four years old when cast to appear in the 2011 episode “Spooky Little Girl” of the critically acclaimed horror thriller series “American Horror Story”, then the following year saw her portray Marybeth Geitzen in the family comedy movie “Golden Winter”, which failed to attract a lot of attention and received mixed reviews.
Ava has just recently in mid-2021 completed her elementary school education and should be enrolling at high school, however, it’s possible that she’ll choose to be home-schooled to have more time to focus on acting.

In 2013, she was cast to play Lily in the comedy “Scary Movie V” but which received poor reviews, and in the same year Ava played Augie in the popular crime drama “The Trials of Cate McCall”, written and directed by Karen Moncrieff and which starred Kate Beckinsale, Nick Nolte and James Cromwell. It follows a lawyer who defends a woman wrongfully accused of murder.
In 2014, Ava played Heather in the crime comedy drama “Miss Meadows”, while the same year saw her star in two short family dramas: “Lizard King” and “I Can See You”.
The year 2016 saw her play the supporting character Ingrid in the horror “The Axe Murders of Villisca”, as well as Boot in the action crime drama “Message from the King”, written by Oliver Butcher and Stephen Cornwell, directed by Frabrice du Welz and which starred the late Chadwick Boseman, Luke Evans and Alfred Molina. It follows Jacob King who has just come to Los Angeles from South Africa in search of his younger sister who has gone missing – the movie was nominated for a California on Location Award for Location Team of the Year – Independent Feature Film. Ava was then invited to play Young Austin in the drama “Sister Cities”, and in 2018 she appeared as Young Elise Rainier in the mystery horror thriller “Insidious: The Last Key”, which was nominated for six awards.
Her most recent movie roles have been in the 2018 family adventure “A Fairy’s Game”, the 2019 animated action adventure “Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs” (voice role), while she’s currently shooting and recording for two upcoming movies: the drama “Manifest West” and another voice role in the animated family drama “Peter Pan, Land of Forever”.
