Soni Nicole Bringas was born in Portland, Oregon USA on 2 February 2002 – her zodiac sign is Aquarius and she holds American nationality. She’s an actress and a social media star who’s probably known best for her portrayal of Ramona Gibbler in the popular family comedy series “Fuller House” created by Jeff Franklin and which starred Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber. It follows D. J. Fuller who’s raising her three sons on her own as her husband has recently died while her sister Stephanie, her friend Kimmy and Kimmy’s daughter have now all moved in with D. Early life and education
Soni was raised in Portland alongside her brother by their mother who was born in Barcelona, Spain and their father who’s from Montevideo, Uruguay; the two prefer to be left out of media but have been very supportive of Soni’s career.
Soni became interested in dancing at the age of four and was five when her mother enrolled her at dancing school. Upon gaining recognition for her skills, she got to work with various popular choreographers such as Wildabeast, Marty Kudelka and Matt Steffanina, and was then cast to appear in various commercials for brands and products such as Swagger Wagon Toyota and American Girl. Soni could’ve also been seen dancing in music videos of popular musicians such as Justin Bieber, Missy Elliott and Christina Aguilera.
In 2014 aged 12, she made her debut TV series appearance with her portrayal of a hip hop dancer in the episode “Chapter Seven” of the critically acclaimed comedy series “Jane the Virgin” created by Jennie Snyder Urman and which starred Gina Rodriguez, Andrea Navedo and Yael Grobglas. It aired from 2014 to 2019 and follows a Catholic woman who has just learnt that she has been artificially inseminated and the series won 21 award including a Golden Globe while it was nominated for 70 other awards.
Soni took acting and dancing classes throughout her entire education, she matriculated in 2020 and it doesn’t appear as she’s planning to pursue a college degree.

The year 2015 saw her make her debut film appearance with her portrayal of Young May in the crime thriller drama “Beautiful & Twisted” written by five people, directed by Christopher Zalla and which starred Rob Lowe, Paz Vega and Candice Bergen. It follows the police who are investigating the murder of Ben Novack Jr. while their main suspect is his wife Narcy.
In the same year, Soni played Max Weaver in the episode “Bawamo Shazam” of the family comedy series “Instant Mom” written by three people and which starred Tia Mowry Hardrict, Michael Boatman and Sydney Park. It follows a 25 years old girl who loves to party while she has now married an older man who has three children thus making her an instant mom. The series aired from 2013 to 2015 and won two of the nine awards for which it was nominated.
Most recently in 2020, Soni played Libby in the episodes “Secrets” and “Insomnia” of the comedy series “Minutiae” created by Juan Pablo Di Pace who also starred in it alongside Jack Plotnick and Andrea barber but the series failed to attract any attention.
It has recently been announced that Soni will be portraying one of the lead characters Jessica Reynolds in the upcoming crime thriller movie “Path to Midnight” set to be released in 2022. It has been written by Gino Alfonso who’ll also be directing the movie.
