Early life and education

Cindy studied at a local high school at which she was physically very active, as she practiced dancing, singing and was a cheerleader. Upon matriculating in 1988, she attended the University of Tennessee, at which she was mostly focused on music, and was also a cheerleader who was named All-American Collegiate Cheerleader during her third year. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in classical piano and music education in 1992.
Cindy worked in the music industry for a couple of years before deciding to focus on what she likes and does best.
She joined the National Cheerleader Association as the head instructor and started teaching cheerleaders at various high schools. She eventually turned to fitness, and is today holding a certification and works as a fitness instructor.
Love life and marriage with Jon Gruden
Cindy met Jon while she was still attending the University of Tennessee, as he was a graduate football assistant. It was Jon who fell in love with Cindy and asked her out on their first date. They exchanged vows in 1991, in a private ceremony attended by their closest friends and family. Not long after the wedding, Cindy gave birth to their first son Deuce, while their two other sons Michael and Jayson followed in the upcoming years.
While Cindy and Jon have allegedly been leading a happy life together for the last three decades, it is believed by some that they have separated more than once due to what appears to be infidelity on Jon’s side. It’s also believed that they reconciled every time, however, none of this has been confirmed.
As of January 2021, Cindy is married to Jon Gruden and they have three sons together.
Hobbies and other interests
Even today, Cindy has several training sessions at the gym each week, and also does yoga and meditates nearly every day. She likes to do her stretching routine outdoors in her favorite park, and occasionally gathers more people to exercise with her.
She is keen on travelling, and has been all around the US with her husband visiting nearly every state, while Jon has also taken her on vacations to various European countries, including Greece, England and Italy.
Cindy is interested in gardening and has her own small garden which she has been taking care of for more than a decade.

Who is Jon Gruden?
Jon Gruden was born in Sandusky, Ohio USA, on 17 August 1963 – his zodiac sign is Leo and he holds American nationality. He is perhaps known best for working as the current head coach of the former Oakland, now Las Vegas Raiders.
Jon was raised in Sandusky alongside his two brothers Jay and James, by their father Jim who was a football coach and worked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as their director of player personnel, and their mother who was a housewife.
Jon’s brother Jay is a former Football player who is today a coach, while his brother James works at Weill Cornell Medicine as a radiologist.
Jon studied at Clay High School, and upon matriculating in 1981, he enrolled at Muskingum College before moving to the University of Dayton after a year. He played for the Dayton Flyers for three years as a quarterback, and in 1986 graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications.
As soon as he graduated, he was invited to work at the University of Tennessee as a graduate assistant coach, and after a year moved to Southeast Missouri State to coach there.
In 1989, Jon became an offensive assistant at the University of the Pacific, while the following year saw him serve as the special assistant of the San Francisco 49ers. He began working as the wide receivers coach at the University of Pittsburgh in March 1991.
He gained recognition after he became the special offensive coach of the Green Bay Packers, and after three years, Jon was invited to work as the Philadelphia Eagles’ offensive coordinator. In 1998, he became the Oakland Raiders’ head coach and helped them reach the top of the American Football Conference – Western Division (AFC West), having been last when he joined them. In 2002, Jon started coaching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and helped them reach and win the Super Bowl XXXVII on 26 January 2003.
Jon was eventually fired on 16 January 2009 and then a year later began working as an assistant offensive line coach for the Carrollwood Day School.
He spent nine years away from the National Football League (NFL) and then on 6 January 2018 returned to the Raiders as their head coach. He has been working with them since – he has been fined a total of $250,000 for violating face mask protocols on two separate occasions.
Jon has also worked on TV, spending most time as a color analyst for ESPN shows such as “Monday Night Football” and “NFL Draft”.
